At KittyHawk, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy aviation community. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. We take immediate and decisive action against any content, conduct, or user that violates this policy.
This policy applies to all: Users, visitors, and members of the KittyHawk platform (website and mobile app). Content shared, posted, or transmitted through KittyHawk. Communication occurring on or through KittyHawk-related services, forums, or chat features.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and potential reporting to law enforcement or child protection agencies: Uploading, sharing, or linking to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form. Creating, distributing, or promoting sexualized content involving minors (including illustrations, AI-generated media, or animations). Soliciting, grooming, or attempting to contact minors for any sexual purpose. Using the platform to coerce, threaten, or exploit minors or individuals posing as minors. Engaging in any trafficking or child endangerment activities. We also prohibit any non-consensual sharing of intimate content, regardless of the subject’s age.
To protect our community: We use automated systems, content filters, and human moderation to detect and prevent the sharing of CSAE-related materials. All reports of suspected CSAE are investigated immediately and, when necessary, escalated to relevant authorities. Verified cases will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other international law enforcement bodies. KittyHawk maintains logs, metadata, and supporting information to assist in investigations as required by law.
If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of children: Immediately report it via the in-app or website Report Abuse feature, or Contact us directly at info@thekittyhawk.us. We review every report promptly and take necessary actions, including suspension, content removal, and legal escalation when appropriate. Users must be 18 years or older to create a KittyHawk account. Users under 18 may only access the platform under supervision or as part of verified organizational programs (e.g., aviation academies) with explicit parental or institutional consent. Any misrepresentation of age or identity is considered a violation of our Terms of Use.
KittyHawk is committed to raising awareness about online safety and supporting a proactive safety culture in aviation communities. We regularly: Train our moderation and safety teams in identifying CSAE risks. Update safety measures to adapt to new threats. Educate users through in-app messages and community guidelines.
